  28/2/2024	Form ICU 203 has been revised with inclusion of manholes, petrol interceptors, septic tanks and the like into certificate on completion of testing of drainage works, and the standard of testing was updated to BS EN 1610:2015. For details, please refer to the updated Form ICU 203 – Certificate on Completion of Testing of Drainage Works.
  14/2/2024	Reference list of Housing Estates/ Courts/ Facilities on the applicability of the Buildings Ordinance has been updated.
  1/1/2024	From 1 January 2024, the fees for viewing and copying of building records in Housing Electronic Building Records Online System (HeBROS) have been slightly adjusted. For details, please refer to the Price List in the HeBROS website.
