The contents and materials available on the Technology (“the contents and materials”), including but not limited to all texts, graphics, drawings, diagrams, photographs, videos, files, programs, information materials and compilation of data or other materials, are subject to intellectual property rights protection and the intellectual property rights of the contents and materials are either owned by ICU or licensed to ICU by the intellectual property rights owners of the contents and materials (“the licensors”). Except as expressly permitted herein or where prior written authorization is obtained from ICU or the licensors, any reproduction, adaptation, distribution, redistribution, dissemination, modification, copying, uploading, transmission, retransmission, commercial exploitation, publication, or making available of the contents and materials to the public is strictly prohibited.
Permission is granted for a user for personal and non-commercial use only to freely browse, display and print in its original format of the contents and materials where ICU is the owner of the intellectual property rights in the contents and materials or is licensed by the licensors to grant such permission to a user provided that the user agrees not to make any change to or deletion of author attribution, trademark, legend or intellectual property right notice and gives proper attribution to ICU or this Technology and reproduce this Intellectual Property Rights Notice in all copies of the contents and materials. For avoidance of doubts, the permission in the paragraph above does not extend to the intellectual property rights which do not belong to ICU or the licensors in any contents and materials on any “applications and” websites linked from this Technology or on this Technology. A user has to obtain permission from the third party owners for the use of such contents and materials.
