Description, Features and Services of Project |
The head office of Lok Sin Tong and Lok Sin Tong Primary School, which ceased operation in August 2019, will be redeveloped for social welfare purpose. To optimise the use of idle site during the redevelopment assessment stage and establish a model of school premises-converted housing project for reference by the trade, the School has been renovated and converted into transitional social housing. The project provides affordable rental housing to inadequately housed families who are waiting for PRH so as to address the housing needs of the grassroots and improve their living environment.
