Public Housing e-BROS (formerly known as HeBROS) is an on-line system developed by the Independent Checking Unit. It maintains a record of the approved plans and related documents of the buildings that are under HA for access by registered users. The records are classified under two main categories namely “ Specified Records ” and “ Non Specified Records ”.
How can I become a registered user?
You have to register as a User before you can inspect plans or documents on the system or place orders for hardcopies of the selected plans and documents. You can apply for registration as a User by online user registration. After gaining access to the Public Housing e-BROS (https://eservices.housingauthority.gov.hk/hebros/), please select "Free Registration" to complete the e-application form with attached proof of Hong Kong address (such as electric bill, water bill, etc) and submit the completed e-application form via the Internet. An email for account activation will be sent to you after registration. Once you have activated your account and set up your password, you can then login to the Public Housing e-BROS.
