The Government announced the long-term housing arrangement plan for Wang Fuk Court on February 21, 2026. The plan covers the acquisition of titles from the flat owners from Blocks A to G of Wang Fuk Court and the reservation of flats under the Home Ownership Scheme (HOS), the Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH) of the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA), and the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) projects. These units will be available for affected owners who have sold their titles to purchase under the Special Sales Exercise or through a “Flat for Flat” arrangement. The plan offers different options which enable affected owners to make choices based on their circumstances and needs, assisting them in rebuilding their homes. The acquisition prices are calculated based on saleable area: $8,000 per square foot for flats with premium unpaid at the time of the announcement, and $10,500 per square foot for flats with premium paid. All the flats will be subject to the above uniform standard.
