Potential Sites for Transitional Housing

Community organisations interested in using the sites listed below for transitional housing projects are welcome to contact the Task Force on Transitional Housing (the Task Force).

Points to Note

1. The above list is updated about once per month. Community organisations interested in using any of the above listed site(s) for transitional housing projects may express their intention in writing within one month from the date of posting, followed by detailed proposal submission to the Task Force for preliminary assessment. The proposal should cover the organisation’s basic information (e.g., its management capability, experience in implementing similar projects, etc), design concept of the project, project estimate, proposed operation plan and social services, implementation programme, etc. Selection will be based on the contents of proposals, including the project planning, project estimate, implementation programme, management capability and experience in implementing similar projects, etc., if more than one application is received for the same site within the first month of posting.
2. Community organisation should carry out feasibility study for using the listed site(s) as transitional housing project.
