Subdivided Unit District Service Teams

The Government has engaged non-government organisations (NGOs) through open tender to set up six District Service Teams (DSTs) to assist Housing Bureau in promoting the Basic Housing Unit (BHU) regime and tenancy control of subdivided units (SDUs) at district level; raising public awareness of the policies; and handling general enquiries, etc. Details of the six DSTs are as follows-

Web-based Information Portal

The Government has also engaged an NGO (Lok Kwan Social Service) to establish and manage a web-based information portal of Subdivided Unit District Service Teams (website: www.sdu-info.org.hk) to promote BHU regime, SDU tenancy control and provide other relevant information.
