The Government has engaged non-government organisations (NGOs) through open tender to set up six District Service Teams (DSTs) to supplement the efforts of the Rating and Valuation Department in promoting Part IVA of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap. 7) (the Ordinance) at district level; raising public awareness of the Ordinance; and handling general enquiries, etc. Details of the six DSTs are as follows-

The Government has also engaged an NGO (Lok Kwan Social Service) to establish and manage a web-based information portal on tenancy control of SDUs (website: www.sdu-info.org.hk) to promote SDU tenancy control and provide other relevant information.
